On behalf of SIA "Imanta Retail Park" we hereby invite construction companies to express their wish to participate in open tendering for the Project of the second stage of "Reconstruction of Imanta Retail Park" under conditions of Design - Build and Turnkey Contract


General description of works
In the existing building of Imanta Retail Park at Kurzemes boulevars 3 in Riga, cadastre No 0100 080 2327 there shall be built a new retail centre, in total 80 000 m2. Second stage of the project consists mainly of a mix of smaller shops and a food market. The total area of the second stage of the project is 10 382 m2.

Time schedule as planned today
Distribution of tender documents:         March 1 - 6, 2012        
Submittal of tender documents:             March 26, 2012    
Second stage of the project start up:        April 6, 2012    
Second stage of the project completion date:     August 1, 2012

Construction companies finding themselves able to perform the reconstruction in the terms mentioned above should express their wish to participate in tendering by sending application letter by February 29, 2012 to the following e-mail addresses:
